Please note that United Healthcare visits are ONLY for in person, and Katie is the only one currently taking Aetna insurance.

Self-pay prices are as follows:

Virtual Consults: $150 for initial, $125 for follow-up

Office Visit: $200 for initial visits, $175 for follow-up

Packages are available for those who are interested in booking multiple sessions. Superbills are provided upon request, and my services are eligible with HSA/FSA cards.

We are in a network with these insurance providers!

We are currently in network with Aetna and United Healthcare. We have also partnered with The Lactation Network to make getting lactation care more accessible than ever. If you have one of the following insurance providers or you have the Multiplan or PNOA symbol on your card, you may be eligible for up to six consults. Click here to check eligibility. Currently, only VA members in Midwest and Eastern regions are accepted through TLN. For all other insurances, we can provide a superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement – HSA/FSA cards are accepted as payment as well.

I am in network with various providers through The Lactation Network, which are listed above. I am able to accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide a superbill for services rendered to be submitted to insurance.

I generally book my consults for Tuesday and Thursday. However, in certain situations I am be available earlier.

Each lactation consultant includes a virtual or in person consult with Katie, a personalized care plan, and two weeks of after consult support through messenger.

I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who has taken many continued education courses on various topics.

I generally limit my in person visits to my in home office. In rare circumstances, I can provide an in home visit. Please contact me first.
